On INSET day on Friday, we will be having a shared lunch as we have a busy agenda, it will be good to do something nice together. PLease sign up in the staffroom to suggest an item that you are happy to contribute. Please don’t go wild as last time we had way too much. Thanks to those who have signed up so far.

Pupil Progress meetings:
Due to a very short half term and timing with SATs, this term’s PUPIL PROGRESS meetings will be completed remotely. Please see the email with instructions. Deadline for completion is Monday 19th May 12pm. MB and TD will look at all data reviews and arrange meetings with those where plans to respond to data are not impactful or where teachers have specific pupil concerns where they request discussion.

11:30 – 2pm – Katy Walker (SSP+P Assistant Principal) is joining us this morning. She is coming to focus on behaviour management and seeing policy in action. This is part of her NPQH assignment. She will be visiting classes and observing corridor and playgrounds. Please welcome her. She is not here to make judgements but to see policy in action (and hopefully consistency!)

Thursday – 22.5.25 – Wear ORANGE day (It really is this time!) Please pass on the leaflets for pupils to put in bags regarding Coeliac disease awareness. JJ out today, MB in St MAx.

9:15am Concert in the hall for St MM and St B’s, provided by the Music School staff. Teachers to take children into the hall then EB/NB oversee them during concert.

2:15pm Crowning Mary in church – Please be there for 2:15pm start. Pupils to lay their flowers on the steps of the alter as they go in, before sitting down.

8:30-8:50am Teaching staff to return ADAPTIVE TEACHING link to Claire Fereday via email link sent by her last week.

TAs to be directed by teachers with tasks for the day. Consider (i) updating display, (ii)RE/CLM Big Books; (iii) transition resources;

8:50am ALL STAFF in the hall (For prayer, calendar updates and agenda) – History and Geography planning – bring an example of pupil books and previous planning;

EYFS team meeting in EYFS department – focus: Nest curriculum resources, pupil assessments for Nest children (BM Levels and PKS) and  any outstanding actions from EYFS review.
