This morning during SODA remind the pupils of 2 things – 1) The importance of registering in with the ZONES OF REGULATION. It is the importance of TALKING when we are not feeling right that helps us to feel better – the Zones are a gateway for this. 2) Remind them of the importance of breathing techniques:
